Dear Mr. Bogle,
In May, July and August of 1986 we submitted to Ambric Testing Inc. five pairs of cement samples, each consisting of one blank and one Roan Industries' RI77AA grinding aid grind. These sample pairs were made at three cement plants and include all three cement types. These samples are identified in the attached table. Ambric tested these samples in strict accordance with ASTM C465-85a, "Standard Test Method for Processing Additions for Use in the Manufacture of Hydraulic Cements."Ambric has certified that the results of these tests conform in all respects to ASTM 0465-85a requirements. Copies of the Ambric letters certifying the results of the testing for each pair of samples are attached.

On November 4, 1985 we made a test of type I cements at Keystone Cement Co., Bath PA. The blank contained no grinding aid and the test cement contained approximately 0.06% RI-77AA. These samples were given Roan lab numbers B253 and B246 and were submitted to Ambric Testing Inc. They were assigned their laboratory number 15486.
Ambric tested these samples in strict accordance with ASTM C465-85a, "Standard Test Method for Processing Additions for Use in the Manufacture of Hydraulic Cements." Ambric has certified that their results indicate compliance with ASTM C465-85a in all respects. A copy of the Ambric report detailing the results of the testing for this pair of samples is attached.
